Adrienne first started teaching Ballroom Dance over ten years ago, going on to receive her DVIDA certification, as recognized by the National Dance Council of America. She has trained with some of the best coaches in the country, holding various dance titles across the national competition level. She moved to Los Angeles back in 2015, and shortly after, started incorporating yoga as part of her offerings once discovering the many correlations Ballroom Dance and Yoga carried.
