Adrienne’s background in movement began at a young age through dance and ultimately led to earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Performance. She later became a certified ballroom dance instructor through DVIDA, recognized by the National Dance Council of America, and trained with some of the country’s leading coaches while earning multiple national-level competitive dance titles.

After relocating to Los Angeles in 2015, Adrienne began integrating yoga into her teaching, recognizing the powerful connections between dance and yoga through alignment, body awareness, breath, and intentional movement.

She holds a 600-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT-600), a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University, the Certified Yoga Therapist credential certification (C-IAYT), and Yoga Nidra Level 1 certification through the iRest Institute.

Now based back in Nashville, Adrienne offers yoga instruction, yoga therapy, wellness and toxin-free education through private sessions, group classes, on-site programming, and virtual appointments.
